John E. Welch, CIMA®

John Welch joined Flagship Harbor Advisors as a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry with a long-standing track record of success at several leading asset management firms including MFS Investment Management, Pioneer investments and Orion Portfolio Solutions.  Prior to joining Flagship, he was Managing Partner at Apex Financial Partners an RIA based in Marshfield, MA.  John obtained his CIMA designation through Wharton business school and is well versed in all aspects of investments and retirement planning.  John is also a volunteer with the Rolling Wave foundation in Scituate MA.  In his spare time, he enjoys being on the water and fishing.  He resides in Scituate, MA with his wife Kristen and children.
